Sorted by: Most recentI've owned a SuperSac for quite a while and the foam has gotten flat and doesn't hold us up anymore even though they advertise a lifetime warranty on the foam. When I tried to use that warranty, they refused and said I'd have to pay for new foam. Don't get fooled by Lovesac's false advertising about warranties. They won't actually honor it.
This has got to be the most uncomfortable couch I've ever owned. I need to pile on like five extra pillows just to have a chance at being comfortable. Seriously, don't buy this. Beyond the comfort issues, it's a nightmare to move or even clean underneath. I've been dreading using this thing and can't wait to get rid of it. I won't even try to resell because I'd feel too guilty taking money for something this bad.

Assembly is tiring and getting the covers situated right takes some figuring out, but once you understand how they fit it becomes clear. Customer service has been fantastic and really supportive. The store manager even sent texts about our order. The company really has impressed us and we're very happy. My one thing is that the back cushions could use more support. We picked their standard fill and they're not as firm as what we saw in the store, but the deep seating option we chose is incredible and we absolutely love it.
