The store location I usually go to was closed and when I tried reaching out about it through email, I haven't gotten any response back.

I've been using Lush products for a long time, and after bouncing around to other brands trying different things, I've decided to stick with them as much as I can. The quality is really good, the scents are incredible, and I'm a huge fan of the staff at my local Lush store. Everything about the brand just works for me.

This was awful. I ordered 9 bath bombs for about 80 dollars shipped and the packaging was completely unacceptable. Everything was just loose in the box with packing peanuts and cardboard, nothing individually wrapped. One of the products had its face completely smashed in. All the different scents mixed together and created this gross smell. Worst Christmas present ever. For the price they charge, the way they pack these should be way better. Really disappointed.

I regularly buy their shampoo and conditioner bars. Shipping is quick and the products are worth what you pay for them. The smell is amazing and I really enjoy using them.

It's clear this company really cares about the environment and we need more businesses thinking sustainably like they do. That said, I ordered a Rhubarb and Custard soap as a gift for my niece and when I got it, the soap wasn't wrapped at all and was stuck directly to the package. That's a hygiene concern and it doesn't look great as a present either. Apparently they have this whole naked gift thing going on but it's not really explained when you're ordering.

Visited the Fisherman's Wharf location in San Francisco with my partner to find a good moisturizer for his really dry skin. I was testing out a couple products he was interested in by letting him smell them on my hand when an employee walked up and made this really uncomfortable comment right in my ear about me trying too many samples. Super awkward and easily the worst experience I've had at any Lush store.

Had an excellent experience ordering holiday gifts from their German website. When my package arrived, I discovered one of the items was missing. I contacted customer service and got back a really kind response with a quick refund. That's the kind of service that makes you want to keep shopping with a company.

Had an incredible visit to the Lush store on Oxford Street in London where I met a fantastic employee named Virginie. She's so friendly and professional, and she really knows her stuff about all the different products. She answered every question I had and gave me super helpful advice. This was honestly the best customer service I've experienced anywhere. Big thanks to Virginie and everyone there!

I'm ordering from Australia but can't seem to find the right review site for the Australian location. Anyway, I've always had such a great time with Lush! They hook you up with free samples to test, the bath bombs are absolutely incredible, and their face masks are something I definitely recommend to anyone.

I'm totally into Lush! Their bath bombs are fantastic, and their shampoo bars are seriously top tier. I keep like three different ones in my bathroom so I can switch up the scent depending on my mood. Their hair stuff, face masks, the sea salt scrub - I never have anything bad to say about it. Pretty much the only time I'm let down is when something's sold out. Pro tip: definitely get there early on boxing day for their buy one get one sale!
