The customer service here is truly awful and honestly feels like a scam. I won't be ordering from LXR again and I can't recommend them to anyone either.
I understand why there are bad reviews out there, but my experience has been completely different. Both bags I recently ordered arrived super fast. I got a Loewe small puzzle bag in excellent condition and a Balenciaga City bag that was also in perfect shape. I've actually been shopping with them since 2016 and have bought multiple designer bags and leather accessories from them over the years. My first pre-loved designer bag ever was purchased here. The prices are really competitive, sometimes honestly unbelievable deals. Everything went smoothly and I didn't need to contact customer service at all. Definitely planning to order from them again.
Seriously, don't buy from here. I made the mistake of ordering a bag during their women's day sale with 25% off, even though I'd seen tons of terrible reviews. Next day I get an email saying it's sold out, but when I check the site it's right there at full price. They obviously cancelled my order because they didn't want to honor the discount. Good luck getting customer service to respond, whether you call or email during their posted 10-5pm EST hours. Trying to reach anyone there is a waste of time. I should have listened to all those bad reviews online instead of giving them a shot. Huge mistake on my part and I definitely won't be ordering from this company again.
Skip this company entirely. They're quick to take your money when you're buying, but returning anything is a nightmare. Nobody answers the phone, and I sent multiple emails that were completely ignored. I had to call my credit card company to get my money back. They clearly have staff to process payments and ship orders, but customer service doesn't seem to exist at all.
