I ordered a dress with an important event coming up in two weeks, so when it finally arrived after forever, I was shocked to find it wasn't even the dress I ordered. I emailed asking for a refund since I got the completely wrong item, but they refused because it was on sale. The fact that it's the wrong product doesn't matter to them. Their customer service is honestly the worst I've ever dealt with.
Quality has really gone downhill. I used to love this brand as much as I love my Uggs, but that was over 2 years back. Now the fabric feels rough and scratchy instead of soft. The stretch is gone and the waistbands sit way too high. It's nothing like what it used to be.

Hands down the worst experience I've had with any retailer. You pay shipping to send items back, and then you wait nearly a month with no credit showing up on your account. They keep saying it's processing, but nothing happens. I won't be ordering from them again.
