But I decided to risk it and ordered fifty five dollars worth of Weck glass containers. Got my order in just four days in perfect shape. Everything was packed super carefully to protect against damage. So the site isn't a scam. I feel bad for folks whose orders got lost, but not sure if it's just hit or miss. Either way, it worked great for me.

Got a king bed dropped off Monday that has quality issues and the mattress doesn't provide proper support. Can't actually sleep on it. Ordered something that was supposedly in stock from their site mid-December for Christmas. They didn't process it until almost two weeks later and shipped it on the 19th with a delivery date after the holidays. Three weeks to get a package during Christmas season is terrible. Their support team was completely unhelpful and seemed not to care. Stay away from this company.
