What Shoppers Say About Magnolia
Magnolia is rated 1.3 out of 5 by 15 shoppers, with the vast majority of reviews expressing serious dissatisfaction. Recurring complaints center on extremely long shipping delays (months beyond expected delivery), unresponsive customer service, failed refunds even after order cancellations, and low product quality. Multiple shoppers report abandoned orders with no communication from the company, leaving many to question whether the business operates legitimately. Returns are described as complicated and expensive.
A small number of shoppers report positive experiences, including one customer who received an order within four days with careful packing. However, the overwhelming pattern of complaints about shipping failures, refund issues, and customer service unresponsiveness significantly outweighs these isolated positive reports.

Sorted by: Most recentGot some lamps that are nowhere near the quality shown online. They won't allow returns either. Total waste of money, especially since these weren't inexpensive items.
These people called me constantly, bordering on harassment. Even when I picked up to say we were already working with someone else or weren't interested, they kept phoning. I asked multiple times to be taken off their list. They'd call me four or five times in rapid succession throughout the day, during work meetings too. When I did answer and couldn't hear them or it was another repeat call, the representatives got rude and hung up. I've answered while taking kids to school on my car's speaker and couldn't make them out, so I'd say let's connect in fifteen or twenty minutes, and they'd insult me or say something like I was wasting their time if I hung up. I'm confused whether they even want customers. I wouldn't want to work with a company whose staff acts so unprofessional and entitled, especially when discussing serious matters.
Their customer service team doesn't seem to care about customers. I'm also avoiding their products sold at other retailers.
I've gotten several items with serious defects. The latest one is really bad, a mirror with all four support joints cracked due to poor manufacturing. I reached out to their customer support and got a one-line response asking if it arrived in the last month, then complete silence. I explained everything was packaged fine and the item itself is just badly constructed. Still nothing. Another product, a glass measuring cup, cracked during normal use. There was just room temperature milk inside, I heard a pop, and it shattered. That's weird and frankly dangerous. Their products are low quality and when you contact them about problems, you get zero support. Be aware before buying.
Absolutely terrible customer service. I got a broken item as a wedding gift, a marble inlaid tray with strange red streaks through the white areas. I emailed their support team, which is the only way to contact them, asking about a replacement. They told me they'd ship a new one within three days of me returning the defective piece, which I did via courier with proof. Two weeks later when I followed up, they said I'd need to request a refund instead. This company sends out damaged items, gives you different answers depending on who you talk to, and all their reps seem to be overseas. There's zero accountability and no real effort to fix problems when they mess up.
