I'm incredibly frustrated with MakariEU and their terrible handling of my orders. This marks the second time they've sent me stuff I never requested, and they completely ignore my emails. Back in September, I ordered one product but received a different quantity and got an item I didn't ask for. I emailed them many times with zero response. Today my new order showed up and the same problem happened again. I specifically selected 2 items but only got 1, they threw in a deodorant I never wanted, and they sent the wrong quantities on another product. The pattern is clear: wrong products, missing items, unwanted additions, and complete silence when I try to contact them. This needs to stop.

I use Makari products all the time, but I had a major problem with my recent purchase. One of the items I ordered, a face serum, came with a broken pump that doesn't work, which means I can't even use the product. Is this really what Makari quality looks like now, especially for something you're putting on your face? It's pretty disappointing. I've never had this kind of issue when buying from other retailers that sell Makari. I'm upset about this and I threw the product away. I need a refund for this order.

I've been loyal to Makari's Day Radiance Face Cream and Blue Crystal Revivify Beauty Bar for over three years, so I definitely know what the authentic products should look, smell, and feel like. The face cream I received was nothing like what I'm used to. The seal was broken, the color and smell were completely different, and I knew something was wrong right away. I decided to try using it anyway, thinking maybe they'd changed the formula, but big mistake. My skin started burning within days, little spots broke out, and my skin got darker. It was really upsetting, especially from a brand I trusted. After reading other reviews, I can see I'm not the only one experiencing this. There are tons of one-star reviews with the same complaints, which makes me think counterfeit products are being sold as Makari. That's unacceptable for a skin care company. I've contacted their team and I'm waiting for a response. I'm expecting a full refund and a real solution, or I'll be taking this further. Customers deserve to know what we're buying, to be safe, and to be treated with respect.

Be careful shopping on this website. I'm warning anyone considering it that they're selling counterfeit Makari products that can really hurt your skin. When I complained to their support team, it took a month to hear back. Their response was basically that the product just didn't work with my skin anymore. I've been buying Makari for years and I know what the real stuff should smell and feel like. These products were definitely fake. While they might send legitimate items to some customers, the risk isn't worth it. Shop somewhere else to be safe.

For the second time in a row, Makari Germany sent me an incorrect shipment. Their customer service is honestly terrible. Getting responses through WhatsApp takes forever, usually at least two days. The chatbot on their site is completely useless. I'm not going to keep dealing with sending back wrong orders over and over. This is the last time I'm ordering from them. There are plenty of other skin care brands out there that are just as good but cheaper.

I placed an order on December 10th through their local store location and it never went out. When I called a few days later to check in, the staff member who answered was incredibly rude and dismissive. The next day when I called back to get an update, he gave me short, unhelpful answers even though I was just asking a simple question about my purchase. Their customer service is basically nonexistent, and the way they answer the phone is unprofessional. After I asked about something I'd already paid for, he messaged saying he'd cancel my order and refund me. I won't be ordering from them again, that's for sure.

Really happy with this brand. My skin looked amazing after using it and I thought the packaging looked pretty great too.

The customer service here used to be decent, but something has really changed. I had a package get stolen after delivery even though I left clear instructions for the courier. The courier ignored my directions and left it sitting outside. I reached out to Makari about this, but over 10 business days later, I still haven't heard back. I also have another package that the courier sent back because of delivery issues, and Makari has had it for over 4 business days. They haven't refunded me, offered a replacement, or even replied to any of my messages. I'd like to try different products for my skin type if I knew what would work better.

These products were a complete disaster for my skin. They left it super dry and caused some really nasty dark spots to develop. I'd strongly recommend staying away from this brand. On top of that, the company has refused to give me any refund even though their products clearly damaged my skin.

I've been using Makari products for over a year now. The products themselves have been fine, but their customer service is awful. I've had 2 orders arrive with products that were damaged because they don't package things properly. My most recent order came through damaged, and I sent customer service multiple messages with photos. Still no refund and still no replacement. This is unacceptable.
