This was my third purchase of their tipi moccasins. The chemical odor was incredibly strong and I had to leave them outside. Super disappointing. I notified the company and they said they'd look into it. Months have gone by and they still stink way too much to wear on my feet. Not ordering from them again. It's a shame because I genuinely loved this style of moccasin.

Quality and attention to detail have dropped way off lately. I went overboard two months ago and ordered seven pairs of shoes. Every single one had something wrong with it. Not going to list everything but they actually sent me two different sizes for one pair, like size 8 and size 10 when I ordered a 10. Called them and had to wait days just for a paid return label. After I shipped them back they told me they're out of stock in my size. Been waiting on a refund but nothing yet. Super careless. Yes the boots look beautiful but the actual quality is terrible. One pair had a chip in the suede and a dent in the sole. Some moccasins arrived with stitching that wasn't even connected. I could go on but I just needed to vent. Skip this company. Quality is just not there anymore! Plus I've had five pairs of their waterproof boots that leave your feet soaked and freezing right out of the box. Thanks for letting me get that off my chest.

This product is not made in Canada like the website claims. It's already coming apart after only two weeks of wearing. Overpriced for something made cheaply overseas. Won't be back.

Really felt misled by Manitobah. I'd been wanting mukluks forever and got them as a birthday gift. Then I discovered they're not even made in Canada. Wish I'd done my homework first. I was caught up in wanting them so badly. Won't be recommending them to anyone.

Super disappointed. Like lots of people, I thought we were getting Canadian made products. Turns out the moccasin slippers came from Vietnam and the toque is from China. Haven't used them yet since they're gifts so can't speak to quality. The reviews are right. Really disappointed overall.

Placed an order November 14th and got an email saying it shipped. By December 4th I hadn't received any shipping updates or my product so I reached out. They responded saying they didn't have stock to send a replacement. I just wanted to know if they'd actually shipped anything but customer service wouldn't answer that. They kept sending the same copy paste response about issuing a refund. Still waiting to see if that refund actually comes through. Customer service clearly isn't a priority for them.

Mocs didn't fit at all, size 9 was way too snug and narrow. Wore them twice then threw them out.

My House Mocs arrived and wow, I'm obsessed! The quality is outstanding, the fit is spot on, and they're so comfortable. I'm definitely getting the Sunshine Grains next because I can already tell I'm going to love them as much.

Just got my House Mocs in and I'm thrilled! The craftsmanship is exceptional, they fit perfectly, and they're incredibly cozy. Already planning to order the Sunshine Grains because I know I'll be just as happy with those!

Love what this company does. I won an amazing alpaca blanket worth well over one hundred forty dollars and that got me interested. I then bought some beautiful unique sandals created by an incredibly talented indigenous artisan. The craftsmanship is visible and exceptional. They fit great and customer service was perfect. Everything shipped on time and I'm beyond satisfied. These shoes are made in Canada and normally I buy American made items only, but I was willing to try them because supporting indigenous communities is really important to me. Definitely check them out. The quality is exceptional. Highly recommending.
