Marc Fisher Reviews
What Shoppers Say About Marc Fisher
Marc Fisher receives extremely negative feedback from shoppers, with an overwhelming majority of one-star reviews. Customers report critical issues across multiple areas: product quality problems such as shoes cracking and deteriorating during normal storage, significant shipping and fulfillment failures with orders delayed for weeks or sent to wrong addresses, and consistently unresponsive or unhelpful customer service. Shoppers describe long hold times, unanswered emails, refusals to process price adjustments or resolve delivery errors, and what some characterize as misleading advertising.
The few two-star reviews that appear in the data suggest some customers received their orders, but the overwhelming theme across reviews is dissatisfaction with both the merchandise and the company's inability or unwillingness to resolve problems. Customers explicitly state they will not return and actively recommend others avoid the company entirely.

Sorted by: Most recentI stored my Marc Fisher shoes in their original box on my closet shelf. When I pulled them out to wear them later, they were completely cracked and deteriorated. I called their customer service to report the issue and they told me it was a problem with the store where I bought them, not Marc Fisher. That's ridiculous and irresponsible. I have pictures that show how bad the damage is.
I bought a pair of shoes and called for a price adjustment since I'd just received them. The customer service rep spent half an hour on the phone just to tell me they couldn't help me with an adjustment. That was my last purchase from them. I won't be buying shoes there again.
I ordered shoes over a month ago. The tracking just shows ready to ship and nothing else. Their customer service is horrible. I sent multiple emails and got no responses. When I finally got through on the phone, someone told me they'd credit my card. Then I get an email saying they can only issue a gift card instead because they can't fill the order. Why would I want to spend more money with a company like this?
This company is terrible. I ordered boots and waited three weeks for them to ship. When UPS finally delivered my package, it went to the wrong address and I never got it. I contacted Marc Fisher about the problem and got zero help from their awful customer service team. I asked to talk to a manager and basically got told I was out of luck. Now I'm down $150 with nothing to show for it. Do not order from this place.
This is a total scam operation. They advertised on Facebook as if they were affiliated with a major boot brand. When my order arrived, I got a pair of cheap navy heels that looked nothing like what I paid for. I specifically ordered and paid for premium boots, not these awful knockoffs.
If I could rate them lower than one star, I absolutely would. Stay far away from this company and spend your money somewhere else instead. The customer service is the worst I've ever dealt with and their policies are completely unreasonable. Don't waste your time or money on them.
Do not buy from this brand. I purchased some booties and wore them just a few times in nice weather. The heel fell right off. I've sent two separate emails over the last couple months and Marc Fisher hasn't responded to a single one. I also left a comment on their Instagram page and heard nothing back. They clearly don't care about their customers or about making quality shoes. It's a waste of your money.
I'm writing this review for probably the first time in my life and I'm well over fifty years old. I bought these shoes about three months ago and only wore them two or three times during the summer. The strap on the left shoe just fell apart. I reached out to the company but they said they couldn't help since three months had passed. I have shoes from fifteen years ago that are still holding up fine. I couldn't get them exchanged because the company said quality control issues don't apply when purchased through a third party retailer, even though the quality control should come from their factory, not the retailer. All I wanted was a replacement for the damaged shoe, not the whole pair. This company doesn't stand behind what they sell. I will never buy from them again.
Their customer service is absolutely terrible. I ordered shoes and they randomly refunded one pair without me asking. I got an email about it and was confused, so I called. The rep who answered didn't seem to care at all and just told me to check the website later to reorder. I did that, found it back in stock, and ordered again. Then they refunded me again saying it wasn't available. How am I supposed to trust this won't keep happening? When I asked to speak with a manager, the rep refused. I even asked if someone could call me back and they said they don't make outgoing calls. The whole experience was stressful and frustrating. Plus the shoes themselves are cheap quality and started falling apart after just a couple days of wearing them. Don't bother ordering from this company.
The shoes themselves are nice, but they fall apart quickly. I got a pair of leather ballet flats and within days the strap snapped off. The material is really thin and cheap. I had to take them to a repair shop, which defeats the purpose of buying them in the first place. It's frustrating because constantly sending shoes out for repairs isn't practical. I only keep buying from them because I can't find the same style anywhere else, so I'm stuck making do with what I get.
