On our final evening, we ate in their restaurant and our server, the Lobby Lounge Manager, created an unforgettable dining experience. Really grateful for the outstanding service.
Really frustrated with my stay. The room had damaged curtains with holes, the mattress was torn, and outlet placement was terrible for using styling tools. The bathroom looked like it hadn't been properly scrubbed in ages. Breakfast got monotonous repeating the same items every three days, and the food temperature was inconsistent. On the bright side, the staff members were genuinely nice and the common areas looked fine. Still, I can't see recommending this place to anyone.
Visited with my wife and had a fantastic time overall. A few rough spots at check-in, but the hotel team really stepped up and went the extra mile for us. The dining options were plentiful, though I had some dietary challenges, so the chef and wait staff made sure I got customized meals every evening. The entertainment crew was phenomenal and always kept us laughing and engaged in activities. Met some wonderful people through them. The pool staff was super helpful when I had towel trouble. Everyone on this team, from front desk to gift shop to entertainment, showed genuine care and made the trip special. Can't wait to return and see everyone again.
During our visit, my companion got hurt and needed medical attention. The front desk didn't even stock a basic first aid kit and refused to help. That's completely unacceptable since every hospitality business is required by law to have one. Beyond that safety issue, the room quality was well below par. This place simply doesn't meet minimum standards for guest care and wellbeing.
Stayed at their Tunisia resort specifically for the spa facilities. The team is fantastic, the massage treatments are incredible, and the pricing is really fair. Couldn't ask for better value and service.
Came for the brunch buffet at their Zhuhai location. According to their schedule, it should've been available until 10:30 am, but at 10:10 a staff crew started breaking everything down. I politely mentioned we had twenty more minutes, and one of the female employees started yelling at me instead of being professional about it.
