This company is operating as a complete scam. Everything about it is fraudulent. I paid good money for something that was never sent to me. This is a Romanian scam operation. EU authorities should be investigating these Romanian scams more seriously. All the EU laws on the books don't mean anything in practice. It's all just words on paper. Where are we even supposed to lodge complaints? There's no way to contact them or report this problem.

I took their skin analysis quiz and they recommended a whole routine for me. I bought the enzyme gel cleanser, seaweed cleansing lotion, oil free moisturizer, botanical face scrub and flower and tonic mask for about £85. After using everything for 2 or 3 weeks, I'm really unhappy. My skin broke out worse than ever and I'm dealing with irritation everywhere on my face. I don't have any known allergies so I'm not sure what went wrong. It's just completely let me down. To make it worse, I spent that money on stuff that didn't work for me. Don't bother with these products. Can't speak to whether other things they sell are any better though.

I spent about £32 and got amazing results. Grabbed this recently and couldn't wait to start using it. I'm seriously blown away by how well it works. Blackheads on my nose are my biggest skin issue, especially when it's hot outside. I've been using their blackhead remover and have tried several other brands too. If I had to rate it out of 10, I'd give it a 6. It removes some blackheads from my nose, not all of them, and makes it easier to extract them with a tool. But it doesn't fully clean them out. About 2 days later I have to use it again, which isn't ideal because using it that frequently makes my pores bigger. After each session my nose gets pretty red and slightly puffy looking, which is frustrating.

Tried their Seaweed Cleansing Lotion and had a terrible experience. They claim it works for combination and sensitive skin, but that wasn't true for me. I have sensitive, oily and dry skin all mixed together, and this product made me break out constantly. After using it for 3 to 4 weeks, my skin kept getting worse every single day. Since I stopped using it, my skin is finally healing back to normal. I barely ever have breakout issues, so this was really disappointing. I'd skip this one and save your money since it's not worth testing. On the bright side, their rose water spray is fantastic. I'm definitely buying the larger size next time. Not sure what it's supposed to do exactly and I haven't really noticed any major changes, but it feels wonderful on the skin.
