What Shoppers Say About mcobeauty.com
MCoBeauty.com receives sharply polarized feedback, with shoppers either highly enthusiastic or deeply dissatisfied. Positive reviewers consistently praise the quality of makeup products, particularly the lip gloss and liquid blush formulations, noting that the brand delivers premium-feeling cosmetics at budget-friendly prices. Supporters highlight the brand's commitment to quality and value, with some comparing products favorably to higher-end retailers. However, negative reviews raise serious concerns about product performance, shade range limitations, and transparency issues. Detractors report that certain products underperform compared to established budget competitors, struggle with shade inclusivity and undertone matching for various skin tones, and point to inadequate communication regarding a sunscreen recall that customers had to discover through website digging rather than clear disclosure.
The stark divide between five-star and one-star ratings suggests highly inconsistent product quality or significant mismatches between product descriptions and actual performance. Common complaints center on foundation and base product shade availability, ingredient concerns for acne-prone skin, and awkward product packaging. The lack of middle-ground ratings indicates that shoppers tend to have either satisfying experiences or disappointing ones, with little neutral middle ground.

Sorted by: Most recentDisappointed with MCoBeauty overall. This company doesn't back up what they sell. The colors look totally different when you receive them compared to what's shown on their site. They won't offer refunds or fix the problem. Skip this brand and go with Elf, Essence, or Nyx instead. They even wanted me to film myself using the product but wouldn't commit to a refund first. That's sketchy - why would I create content for them without knowing where they'd share it? The makeup quality just isn't there.
Not ordering from their website anymore. A week has gone by and my order still hasn't progressed - it got marked as shipped last Wednesday but the status hasn't changed from ready for processing. You're better off buying from stores that carry them. I ordered this as a birthday present and it's now late.
