Getting them to approve a return or replacement has been a hassle. They kept asking for videos showing the problem, so I sent those, and then they said it wasn't eligible for return anyway. It's frustrating because I've spent so much money with them over time. Now I have a necklace I paid over a hundred dollars for that I just don't wear. The whole process was annoying to deal with. Really a shame because the actual jewelry is beautiful and well crafted. You have my contact info from past purchases and emails, but that doesn't seem to matter.
Most of what I've ordered from them I like. But this opal necklace is really frustrating. It twists around so you end up seeing just the gold backing instead of the stones. I paid over two hundred dollars for this piece and I'm really disappointed. I got it a few months back but only started wearing it recently and noticed the problem then. Too much time has passed to return it. From what I've read in other reviews, I'd probably just get the runaround anyway and end up stuck with it. I've ordered plenty from them before but I'm done now. They have to know this necklace doesn't sit right on your neck.
Very frustrated with this company. I've submitted two reviews with photos about a pear necklace that's defective because it twists the wrong way and isn't wearable. They refused to publish my two star review and only show five star ones. They've also ignored my emails completely. Not recommending them. Turns out their lifetime guarantee is just empty words.
Seriously, skip the mystery box. Total waste of money. They sent me one weird piece I still can't figure out what it's supposed to be. It's too small for a half ring and too big for an ear clip, just hanging out there. Two tiny necklaces with chains so thin and short that they won't fit around my neck. I'll have to find a child to give those to. Some earrings that hurt to wear when I have them on. And get this, there was also an empty plastic package in there. So out of what arrived, I got four items, four little pouches, and one extra empty bag. No clue what was supposed to be in that empty package. I got four things and four pouches plus mystery packaging. This is so bad I won't be ordering anything else. I just don't trust a company that sends stuff they couldn't sell. It's terrible marketing and makes them look really bad.

But when you actually contact customer service, they ghost you. I've sent a bunch of detailed emails and left voicemails and nothing. Got one message that said sorry but no actual help on how to get an exchange. I've bought at least ten pieces from them and I'm frustrated is putting it mildly.
Got a suspicious email from this company claiming I made an account that I definitely didn't create. The message didn't have my name on it and included a link to their shop that I wasn't about to click. I ignored it and flagged it as spam right away. Pretty sketchy if you ask me.
Really impressed with how this company handled my situation. I got sent the wrong necklace at first, completely different from what I'd ordered. But their support team jumped right on it and got my correct order shipped super fast, all within a few days. And this was right in the middle of the holiday rush too. They really came through for me. The necklace itself is absolutely beautiful. This was my first time buying from them and it definitely won't be the last. I'm excited to see what else they have.

The necklace looks exactly like the pictures, but their customer service is disappointing. I ordered a necklace and a week later it went on sale. I asked for a price adjustment and they said no. Doesn't make sense since I'm within their thirty day return window, so technically I could just send it back and rebuy it on sale. I even mentioned that idea in my message but by the time they responded, it was already out of stock. How convenient. They didn't actually address my question about returning and reordering either, just flatly refused the price adjustment. I probably would've kept buying from them but their attitude turned me off. Can't recommend.
