This jewelry causes irritation on my neck and based on the other reviews I've read, I don't think I'll be able to get help with it. I wouldn't suggest buying and I'm never ordering from them again.

Not only is their jewelry selection excellent, but their team is absolutely the best when it comes to customer service. They reply the same day every time and are genuinely wonderful people. When one of my pieces got damaged, they replaced it instantly. All they wanted was a photo. Over three years I've placed so many orders that pretty much all my jewelry is from them now. I'd tell anyone to try them. Their pieces are gorgeous, you won't be let down, and the customer service is really something special. Plus everything ships super quickly.

This company doesn't just make beautiful jewelry, they've got an outstanding customer service team. They get back to you the same day and they're super friendly. I had a piece that got damaged and they sent a replacement immediately, no questions asked except for a photo. I have to say this is some of the best customer service out there. When one of my earrings broke just a couple months after buying them, I sent a picture and they immediately replaced the whole pair. You don't find this kind of service very often anymore. The new ones are lovely and I think the first pair was just unlucky. I'm definitely a customer for life.
