The shoes themselves are actually really well made and I've been a regular buyer for quite a while. My big complaint though is about their customer support being basically nonresponsive. I've asked multiple times over the last several months about whether a specific shoe model I've bought before would come back, either in the original color or something new. I tried reaching out four separate times and never got anywhere with it. Because of this experience, I've decided to shop with another company and I'm done buying from them.

I'm absolutely hooked on M. GEMI shoes and grabbed the Cerchio sneakers because they're just stunning. What really sets them apart from other similar options is how well they're made and how great they feel on my feet, especially with those cushioned soles. Since I have wider feet, I went up a half size and they fit perfectly. Can't say enough good things about this brand and would definitely suggest checking them out.

Just picked up my second pair of the Filare loafers for men because I absolutely love the first set. Wanted to have a backup since I wear them so much. It's a bummer the Esperto is no longer available because I'd definitely grab two more pairs if they brought it back. These are fantastic dress shoes, plus they're made in Italy which is a nice bonus.
