Spent £230 on a green jasper signet ring and the stone fell out after just two months. They offered me store credit to buy something else, so I picked a sapphire band instead. Unfortunately, when it showed up, the stone was completely black instead of blue. Customer service was helpful enough, but for the price point, the craftsmanship really shouldn't be this disappointing. Can't recommend this brand.

Placed an order for 4 bracelets and paid in full. Then they said 2 of them were out of stock, so I'm still waiting on those. Plus one of the bracelets that did arrive was a small when I'm pretty sure I ordered all mediums, so I can't even wear it. I handed over somewhere between $300 and $400 and right now I only have one useable small white rope bracelet. It's sketchy that they charge your card before letting you know items aren't available.
