What Shoppers Say About miaou.com
Miaou.com has earned a rating of 1.1 out of 5 based on 9 customer reviews, with the vast majority of shoppers reporting serious problems. Recurring complaints center on inconsistent sizing (items arriving in sizes dramatically different from what was ordered), unresponsive and dismissive customer service, misleading return policies (including staff allegedly contradicting themselves about return windows), and what shoppers describe as premium pricing for discount-quality merchandise. Multiple reviewers report that customer service representatives were unhelpful, sarcastic, or refused to resolve legitimate order issues, including refusing exchanges for items marked as final sale.
No positive aspects emerge from the available reviews. Shoppers consistently advise against purchasing from this store, citing frustration with the overall experience from ordering through attempted resolution. The combination of product quality concerns, fulfillment problems, restrictive return policies applied inconsistently, and poor customer service creates a pattern that reviewers describe as a waste of money.

Sorted by: Most recentThe sizing is all over the place. If you're thinking about buying, be careful because their sizes don't match up. I grabbed two small tops and one arrived as a medium/large while the other showed up as an XXS.
Zero customer service here. Seriously wish I'd checked reviews first. The quality feels like you're buying from a discount store but paying premium prices. Honestly seems like a total rip off. I'm shocked Instagram hasn't shut them down.
Really let down by how they handle customers. My preorder got pushed back without any real explanation, and after I had to follow up since nobody was talking to me, they basically told me it was my fault. No sorry, just rude and sarcastic messages back. If you're going to miss your deadline, at least own up to it instead of pointing fingers at your buyers.
The website is confusing and their support is even worse. I ordered a Large top and pants but somehow it got changed to XXSmall on both items. I messaged them right away asking to fix the size and they said no. They told me to exchange it instead, but when the items finally showed up, they marked them as Final Sale so I couldn't even exchange them. Still haven't heard back from support.
Should have read the reviews here before ordering from Miaou. Wanted a top that was on preorder and saw they only give 14 days from purchase to return, so I emailed first asking if I could get extra time since it was preorder. They said absolutely, go ahead! Got the shirt and it didn't fit right. Hit them back asking to return it and they said sure thing, but only for store credit. I replied pointing out that the rep who originally said yes never mentioned anything about store credit being the only option, and they actually denied it and claimed that was always their policy. This is exactly why I asked before ordering in the first place. Now I'm done with them for good. Pretty shocking service. Oh and if you buy during one of their flash sales, they'll say returns are store credit only, but their website doesn't explain that there's any difference between a flash sale and regular sales. Their summer sale has been running forever and when I asked about returning stuff they kept pushing the store credit thing on me
Ordered three things with a gift card and put the rest on my regular card. One item ended up not being in stock. Instead of refunding the charge back to my credit card like any normal business would, they insisted on putting it back to the gift card. When I asked why, their response was literally 'because that's the method you used first.' I've never heard that from any other retailer, and obviously I tapped the gift card first because I had to. This whole thing feels sketchy, like they're keeping your cash. Plus I had to bug them after a week to find out why nothing shipped, only to learn they'd already charged me for an out of stock item. And one of the items I did get had snags everywhere. Skip shopping here.
Contacted them the same day I placed my order about an issue, but they were totally unhelpful. Specifically had a typo in my address and asked them to fix it before it shipped, and nope, they couldn't do anything. A hundred fifty bucks down the drain. This is why supporting smaller independent businesses makes way more sense than dealing with these huge fast fashion companies.
Tried reaching out to their customer support multiple times but never got any response. The 14-day return window is already tight, and when they won't even answer your emails, it makes the process impossible. Would not recommend this company at all. Their support team is basically useless.
Their return policy is absolutely terrible. You get only 14 days from the date you order, not from when you receive it, to make a return. After that window closes, forget about exchanges, refunds, or anything else. Same annoying rules apply even for gifts. And good luck getting actual customer service because all you get is a useless automated bot.
