Just want to talk about their customer support here. I grabbed 3 different shades of their concealer to figure out which one would work for me, but 2 of them weren't right. Reached out to their support team asking about returning them, and waited 2 weeks just to hear back. They really should have swatches available so you don't have to buy multiple products to find your match. Once they finally responded, they told me I'd get my refund, but here we are almost 3 weeks later and nothing. Seems like you have to keep bugging them through email for anything to actually happen. This support team is seriously lacking. My advice: shop in person at a store if you can.
Giving them one star because the order I placed online never arrived. I even paid extra for shipping. I contacted their customer service and got an initial reply, then they disappeared. NEVER order from their site and DO NOT expect any help from their customer service team. They got me with a discount offer, I waited a week for my order, and they sent me the wrong shade.
