Worst company ever!!! This has to be a joke. I ordered on December 2nd and it's now December 19th with absolutely no updates ????? I sent an email to their support team 4 days ago and still waiting for a reply. I want my money back completely. I'm so let down and frustrated that they take your payment and then just vanish.

Skip ordering directly from them and buy from a regular store instead. I ordered on the 8th, they supposedly shipped it on the 16th, but the tracking link was broken. Had to ask multiple times to get any kind of response. On September 10th they gave me a different tracking link that never got updated. I spent weeks trying to track this down while getting nowhere, then got a payment company involved and finally on October 30th they admit the package got lost, offering a refund. Got my money back November 2nd, but they didn't refund my shipping cost. Had to chase them again, and didn't get replies until the payment company stepped in once more. The day after, they refunded the shipping too. Three months of back and forth, no tracking updates, a package that was never actually sent, and terrible communication. The makeup itself is solid, but I'm not ordering from them again.

Their concealer and perfecting powder foundation are fantastic! It's hard to find something that matches my skin tone perfectly, but this one does, and it holds up really well throughout the day. I checked it with a product app and it got an excellent rating, so I'm really pleased with my purchase.

Milani's stuff is awesome. I usually make my purchases during summer sales and Black Friday since those deals are unbeatable. Just grabbed something for Cyber Monday and it showed up in under a week. They've got to be handling tons of orders right now. I've never had any issues with leaky packaging either. Their concealers and setting spray are my go-to items.

I'm talking about their actual makeup here, not their website. The eyeshadows are seriously creamy, rich and packed with color. The palettes are STUNNING. Prices on their site are a bit steep, THOUGH NOT TERRIBLE, and you can usually find better deals elsewhere like online marketplaces. I'm really into eyeshadow palettes and buy a lot of them, but Milani palettes are always a safe bet when I want to look at AMAZING shades or when I'm doing a full glam look for a special night out.
