What Shoppers Say About millers.com.au
Miller's has a severely negative reputation, rated 1.6 out of 5 by 25 shoppers. The overwhelming majority of reviews (80 percent one-star) cite serious issues including apparent scam operations, misleading geographic claims (presenting as Canadian when actually based in China), poor product quality, inconsistent sizing, extremely long shipping times, and nonexistent customer service. Reviewers report difficulty obtaining refunds or exchanges, unused gift cards that become worthless, and a general sense that the business operates deceptively. A small minority (12 percent five-star reviews) suggest some customers had positive experiences, but these are vastly outnumbered by complaints about the company's integrity and operational practices.
Shopping at Miller's carries significant risk based on customer feedback. Prospective buyers consistently warn others away, citing the combination of questionable business practices, merchandise quality concerns, and unresponsive support channels. The pattern of complaints about store closures, unexplained order processing delays, and gift card validity issues suggests underlying operational instability. Most reviewers explicitly recommend avoiding this retailer entirely.

Sorted by: Most recentI reached out to Noni B headquarters, the company that owns Miller's, to ask why they're not responding to the awful reviews piling up about Miller's. Guess what? They didn't respond either. It's clear this company either has no customer service department or whoever's running it is completely out to lunch and not doing their job.
Wish I'd looked at the reviews before ordering. These people have no idea what they're doing. I've sent two emails and while they reply, they never actually answer my questions. Plus they gave me wrong information and I still haven't received my package. Don't buy online from them.
Would never ever buy from Miller's online again. Placed an order and it never showed up. I think it's a scam.
I got excited when I saw an online deal from Miller's for some dresses priced at $299. That really caught my attention. Turns out that wasn't the deal I actually got. Miller's did send me an update saying my clothes were coming, but when I checked my order, I realized I'd only paid for one outfit instead of five. So I ended up paying $299 for one dress, plus $12.99 shipping, making it $311.99 total, and another dollar for some guarantee. That was over a month ago and I haven't gotten any shipping updates even though I've contacted them twice asking where my package is. This feels like a scam to me. Think about how many people they could pull this on.
Ordered a King single fitted sheet set online that took three weeks to arrive. When it finally got here, one corner of the fitted sheet was torn. I filed a complaint and I'm still waiting for a response a week later. Reading the other reviews, I'm not holding my breath. I'm going to file a complaint with Afterpay since that's how I paid.
Had dinner at Miller's the other night and was impressed. They've got a new manager on board who's really making a difference. She's sharp, professional, and genuinely personable. Worth the visit for sure.
Took my family to Miller's recently and had a fantastic experience. The place has a new manager now and man, what a change she's made. She really knows what she's doing, super friendly, and actually cares about the customers. Definitely going back.
Do yourself a favor and don't order from Miller online. I bought an air fryer at the end of January 2022 and by November it started acting up. I submitted a warranty claim through their website on December 15th with no confirmation, then resubmitted on December 19th with the same result. Had to call customer service, which is run from overseas, and that was a hassle. After sending photos, videos, and serial numbers multiple times, they finally sent a replacement in February. Except the replacement didn't even turn on. I contacted them again with all the documentation, and they initially said they'd send another replacement. Then they told me my warranty had expired so they wouldn't help. I pointed out that the warranty issue wasn't my fault since they sent me a defective item as a replacement, but they didn't care and basically left me hanging.
Never got my order. I asked them for an update and told them I hadn't received it. All they did was send me a tracking number and say the package left the warehouse. I contacted Australia Post and they confirmed the parcel was never processed at any of their facilities, meaning it was never actually sent to me. I sent another email with the Australia Post confirmation attached, but they still haven't responded.
