Not buying anything from Miller's again. Out of five items I ordered, four were way too large for a size 10 - seriously felt like they'd fit someone who wears an 18. The quality was bad too. I returned one item because it was ridiculously oversized and I haven't heard a thing back from them since.
Had a rough experience with Miller's online. Bought my husband a shirt last month and it still hasn't arrived. He needed it for our Christmas photos and now that's not happening. I've contacted Miller's multiple times for updates but all I get is an international tracking number from an app that won't actually track anything. Really disappointing. I rang them a few times but they couldn't help me track the package either. Then today the courier sent a message saying the parcel was delivered to my address and I signed for it, which is completely false. Our mail goes to a post office box and it's not there. This is unbelievable. Please be careful ordering from them online.
One star max. I ordered a layered colored maxi dress and got sent a red mini disaster that I'll never wear. This is ridiculous. Who do they have working there?
The Warrawong location makes shopping so easy and pleasant. The staff there really went out of their way to help my elderly mother pick out some new clothes. Even though the styles aren't really my thing, she always finds pieces there that look fantastic on her and make her feel great.
