I've asked them repeatedly about honoring that discount since I bought it before the sale, and I haven't heard back once. Their clothing selection is nice, but their customer service is basically nonexistent. I'm not coming back to shop here again.
Called their customer service line multiple times and kept getting stuck in voicemail that eventually disconnects. Tried the chat feature and got one reply but nothing after I asked follow-up questions. My emails went unanswered too. If you want their stuff, buy it through Neiman Marcus or another department store instead of ordering directly. I had to ship 3 items in one box since the others got damaged during delivery, and despite sending several emails about this with pictures attached, they never replied. At this point I'm considering disputing the charges with my credit card. Their customer service is absolutely terrible.
Spent $178 on a swimsuit that turned out to be poorly made with uneven stitching throughout. Even worse is trying to get help from their customer service team. I've sent two separate emails and tried chatting with someone online, but got absolutely nothing back. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.
Purchased a studded swimsuit and within minutes of wearing it to the pool, the studs began falling off left and right. When I reached out to customer support about getting a replacement or refund, they basically said tough luck and suggested I use fabric glue to fix it myself. They don't even stock the item anymore, and I'm missing around 20 studs. This is honestly disappointing for a brand that's supposed to be upscale. Really dropped the ball here.
