I placed an order in early November and by December still hadn't received it. When I contacted them, they claimed they'd mailed it and said it was stuck in customs, but refused to give me any tracking details or proof it was actually sent. I ended up doing a chargeback through my credit card company, and suddenly the package showed up over two months after I ordered it. Turns out it was shipped from New Jersey in January, so the customs story was completely made up. Now I want to return the items and they're telling me it's been too long since my purchase date. Seems like their strategy is to stall shipping until the return window closes. On top of that, they don't have a phone line and emails take weeks to get answered. I'm never coming back. The sweats and t-shirts aren't worth the hassle or the price.
I'm really disappointed to say I'm no longer a customer here. I ordered a $60 sweatshirt about a month ago and still don't have it. A shipping label got created but the tracking info shows it hasn't actually left yet. I asked for my money back but nobody's getting back to me about it. Honestly, I would give zero stars if possible. The items look really nice on the website, but that's where the good stuff ends. I bought 2 t-shirts and a jumpsuit for my toddler from overseas and spent over $100 on them because they seemed like excellent quality.
