Minnetonka Moccasin Reviews
What Shoppers Say About Minnetonka Moccasin
Minnetonka Moccasin has a divided customer base with sharply contrasting experiences. One shopper reported exceptional comfort and durability, praising the plush interior lining and noting they repurchased the same style after extensive wear. However, the majority of reviewers expressed significant dissatisfaction, citing poor fit consistency and quality concerns. Multiple shoppers reported sizing issues where moccasins ran loose despite ordering what should have been correct sizes, and at least one customer encountered problems with the exchange process.
The primary complaint centers on fit reliability and construction quality, with shoppers describing the shoes as cheaply made. While one repeat customer strongly endorses the brand for comfort and longevity, the overall pattern suggests inconsistent product quality or sizing standards that may frustrate new buyers.

Sorted by: Most recentDisappointed with my recent purchase of these moccasins. The fit was really off and the quality felt cheap and poorly constructed. I won't be giving this brand another chance.
My wife gave me and her husband wool moccasins as Christmas gifts, but there were major issues with sizing. Neither pair fit either of us properly. I usually wear a women's size 8.5, and she ordered an 8, yet they were so loose I'd slip right out of them when walking. The same problem happened with my pair. When my wife wanted to exchange them for different sizes, the company made her pay full price for new pairs before she could send back the ones that didn't fit. The customer service wasn't great either - she had to ask multiple times just to get directions on how to request a return label. And they ended up charging a fee for the exchange even though she wasn't asking for a refund, just a size correction due to their poor sizing standards. She switched mine to a 7 and his to an 11 instead of a 10, but the heel area still doesn't work right. I have to wear thick socks to keep them from slipping off my heels while walking, which kind of defeats the whole purpose of buying lined slippers. This company won't be getting my business ever again.
I'm on my second pair of Torrey moccasins because the first set finally gave out from how much I wore them. These shoes are absolutely incredible. The comfort level is next level, and that plush lining inside? Amazing. Seriously soft and cozy. I'm obsessed with how well they work for me. Taking care of the leather is simple, and the interior feels like a cloud. I'm sticking with Minnetonka for all my shoe needs going forward.
