These folks have fantastic customer service! I'm giving them 5 stars because they really came through for me. The dress I wanted was sold out online, but they tracked one down and held it at their store so I could pick it up.

I recently purchased a gown from Miss Circle and I was really impressed by how well it was made. The tailoring looked professional, and the material is high quality both on the outside and the inside. There are no cost-cutting corners here, just a really well put together dress with great fabric weight and structure. Even though the dress ended up not being the right size for me, the return was really easy. The customer service folks got back to me right away, gave me all the return info I needed, and processed my refund immediately once they got the dress back. I had an excellent experience shopping with Miss Circle and I'd definitely order from them again without hesitation. Highly recommend!

These dresses from Miss Circle are really well made. I think they might have switched manufacturers recently because I used to wear a small in their stuff. My last order had 3 smalls and only one actually fit right, so I sent back the other two. The return process went super smoothly though. They sent me a label right away and put the money back on my card quickly too. Their team was really helpful. Going forward I might order mediums instead, but that's on me. Overall the clothing quality is excellent and their return policy is fair.

But here's the thing: there's a 14-day window to send stuff back, and the company either ghosts you or gives unhelpful responses about how to process your return. By the time they actually tell you what to do, the deadline has already passed. Their customer service is solid until you need to return something, then it's like they forgot how to do their job. If a piece doesn't work out, you're basically stuck with it.

I've bought from them a couple times and I'm happy with my purchases. The dresses match the pictures and they have some really pretty options. My only gripe is that return shipping costs money, but aside from that I think they're a solid company and I'd definitely shop there again. Hoping they keep introducing fresh designs.
