Ordered a purse through this site and ran into a major problem at checkout. When I tried to apply my discount code, the system just went ahead and charged me the full amount without giving me a chance to check my order details first. I immediately sent a cancellation request through the confirmation email, but got no response. Their customer service setup is frustrating - you can leave a voicemail but they just tell you to email support instead. It's been 3 days with no reply, so I've had to contact my bank to reverse the charge since the company won't help.

I placed an order that I wanted to cancel right away because I didn't realize it would ship to the US instead of my location in the UK. They ignored my cancellation request until after the package was already handed off to a US shipping carrier. By that point, I ended up having to pay a huge amount for international shipping. They said I could send it back, but then changed their tune and told me returns weren't allowed. On top of all that, the product quality was pretty disappointing for the price.
