Sorted by: Most recentWARNING WARNING. Absolutely terrible customer support. About a year and a half ago, I purchased an ABL EV charger from them that was already a couple years old when I got it. It ended up failing and stopped working right. I emailed them with details about what was happening, but their response was just to contact ABL directly. It's been two months now and ABL hasn't gotten back to me at all. So I reached out to this company again asking them to help me figure out how to deal with ABL. They never responded to my follow-up emails. This is what passes for German customer service apparently.

No way to contact them after you buy. I've dealt with a lot of companies over the years, and this is honestly the worst. They're responsive while trying to make a sale, then after that they ignore every single message. I've sent emails from multiple accounts and tried their website contact form too, and nothing. The only communication I got was some message saying they're sorry and working on it, but that's completely false. A week has gone by and still no reply to a basic email or the invoice I requested. Fair warning to anyone buying from a business inside the EU: their invoices aren't set up correctly. How hard is it to respond to this request: "Please provide invoices that show the proper VAT identification number since these are EU business transactions and we need accurate VAT reporting"? Seriously.
