Really let down by what Mom365 offered us. We got a video that had pictures in it we didn't even choose. I opened a support ticket about it but never heard back from anyone. Then they sent us an email saying our photos were ready to download, except there wasn't actually a download link in the email. The whole thing felt like no one was paying attention, and considering how much we paid, that's just not acceptable. You'd expect way better service at this price point. I can't recommend them to anyone.
