The pieces seemed nice enough and I got a promotional mailer in the mail with a 15% discount code. According to what was printed, there weren't supposed to be any limits on using it. But when I tried to apply it at checkout, the system rejected it as expired or invalid. I reached out to their customer service team to ask what was going on, and I never heard back from them. Pretty disappointed by the whole experience, so I'm shopping elsewhere now.
