This whole experience was a complete disaster and it'll be my last time dealing with them. I placed my order before Valentine's Day hoping to get it in time. Their website says 4 days maximum for processing, but after 8 days with no updates, I finally contacted them. Turns out they'd cancelled my order without even telling me - and the website didn't show it either! No notification, no email, nothing at all. You're somehow supposed to just know it got cancelled? They even sent me a marketing email two days after ordering saying it was the last chance to buy before Valentine's Day. If this had been a gift for someone, I'd have been completely blindsided. I'm really let down by how they're promoting their discounts. Things have gotten worse since leadership changed - from how they treat customers to their reward programs. Members used to get complimentary shipping, now you need to spend $100 minimum. When they offer $25 off, you can't combine it with your member discount of 15%, so you have to pick one or the other. That means the 15% is usually better and you never get to actually use their sales properly. They really need to get their act together on this.
The actual products and support team are solid, but man do they have some serious problems with how they run their operations. Their site has major glitches - it let me add 5 free candles and wipes that shouldn't have been available. When I called to report it, they basically told me to stop complaining about getting free stuff. Problem is, those items never showed up in my package and I'm definitely going to be frustrated about that. On top of everything, they tried charging my card twice, which thankfully my bank caught. I ordered 2-day shipping but waited over 2 weeks just for the item to ship out. Plus my $160 perfume came with a broken sprayer. Their system seems completely broken and their staff has no clue what's going on.
