I've been purchasing their pH-balanced lubricant for several years, but recently it started causing irritation when I'd use it, so I decided to try something different. When I posted about my issue, the customer service team actually reached out to me and wanted to learn more about exactly what was happening and why the product wasn't working for me anymore. They went ahead and gave me a refund without me having to ask. Even though the product didn't end up being the right fit for me personally, I'm really impressed with how they handled it.
Would give zero stars if I could. I made a single purchase a year back and somehow got signed up for automatic deliveries without my knowledge. For the past year I've been postponing each order because canceling seemed impossible since I never made an account, just used the quick PayPal option. I went away for a week with no cell service and got a heads up that they'd charge me. When I got back and saw the notification plus the charge, I reached out by email at 8am since the transaction had only gone through at 11:14pm and I thought there was still time to stop it before shipping. They didn't get back to me for seven hours, and only after I called and left a message. Customer service basically said once an order processes, nothing can be done, even if it hasn't shipped yet, and suggested I just donate or give away the items if I didn't want them. I asked about returns and got told no, they don't do those even if the package shows up completely unopened and you refuse delivery. This feels like a total rip-off and honestly a lousy way to treat customers. I gave plenty of opportunity to halt the transaction and this was right before a holiday weekend &M
Absolutely terrible experience. They fall apart and shred when you try to change them, and the string is so fragile it feels like it might snap. This morning a big chunk of the tampon separated and got stuck inside me, which meant an urgent trip to my doctor. Definitely steer clear. I have two unopened boxes sitting here that are getting thrown away. Regular and super both useless. Never thought I'd be this scared of using a tampon.
LOLA's fantastic and I'm really into the design of the packaging! The stuff is high quality and this is exactly the type of brand I want to give my money to. One thing I'd love to see is if they offered a program where you buy one and give one to women who need it.

These tampons are fantastic! I stopped having that awful drying sensation and my period pain went down by a ton.
