What Shoppers Say About NuFACE
NuFace devices receive overwhelmingly negative feedback, with shoppers reporting widespread reliability issues and poor customer service. A significant majority of reviewers complain about devices failing within one to three years of normal use, unresponsive support teams, ignored return requests, lack of return labels, and a company unwilling to honor warranty claims or provide replacements. Many shoppers feel abandoned after making substantial purchases, with some devices failing after just over a year when warranty coverage ends.
A small subset of users report positive experiences with device performance, noting visible improvements in skin firmness, texture, and clarity after regular use, along with satisfaction with the mobile app functionality. However, these positive accounts are heavily outweighed by complaints about product durability and customer service failures, leading most reviewers to recommend avoiding the brand entirely.

Sorted by: Most recentHonestly I'd use negative stars if the system allowed it. Think very carefully before getting this thing because it's risky. Here's why: if your device malfunctions or something goes wrong after the 1 year warranty expires, NuFace will just leave you hanging with the problem. Mine turned on and wouldn't shut off for a day and a half. I emailed their support team and they said client care is their top priority but their actual priority seems to be making sales. Their solution was 'here's 20 percent off a brand new device.' I spent three days messaging with someone from their team but all they cared about was pushing me to buy a replacement, not about my broken device or me as a customer. They never even asked me to send the device for them to look at. This could happen to any of you. Not acceptable at all. There are other microcurrent devices out there. Do your research on those too before ordering. Stay safe. You don't need a device to be beautiful.
I've had this happen with three separate NuFace purchases over several years now. Each one stops working right around the 1.5 to 2 year mark. What's interesting is their standard warranty only lasts 12 months, while the pricier pro version goes for 2 years. I'm worried that if I spend more on the pro model, it'll just fail later at 2.5 or 3 years instead. Looking into other microcurrent brands because this pattern is too suspicious to ignore.
Grabbed a Nuface a few months ago but now I can't return it because I don't have the original packaging anymore. Honestly I'm pretty bummed because it's only worked for a few months. I only used it maybe 20 times since I wasn't super consistent at first. But today when I wanted to actually start being regular with it, the device was completely dead. It charges up and shows a blue light, but then won't actually turn on. Earlier I noticed it would randomly turn itself on and wouldn't shut down. For the price of this thing, it's upsetting that it quit working so quickly.
I should start by mentioning I'm 68 and fairly educated about women's wellness and health. I made a video showing how I was using your product so I could share it with others. I haven't posted it publicly yet because I wanted to show it to you first to be fair.
Initially bought this as a gift for my wife but ended up using it regularly myself. The effects are subtle, I'll admit, since my skin is already in pretty good shape. But it's a nice treatment to do and does help with subtle lifting and reducing fine lines. I alternate days or do it once or twice daily. I've had my NuFace for 18 months now and it still works. The metal contacts have gotten a little dull and lost their shine over time, but functionality is still there. You can also buy replacement heads from their website if needed. The official retailer was friendly and got my order shipped quickly.
