They shipped the wrong size item to me. When I told them about the mistake, they insisted I was wrong. I definitely would not recommend this company to anyone else.

These people are rip off artists. They only sent half my order even though they claimed four day shipping from within the US. When I opened a dispute with my payment company they admitted the package actually came from China. Stay away from them.

I'm absolutely frustrated that I trusted a recommendation and didn't do my homework first. This company is a mess. The pictures they showed looked nothing like what actually arrived, the colors were all wrong, and the detail was terrible. On top of that they threw in some bright fluorescent paints that didn't match anything and were just thin and awful. The canvas came all rolled up instead of in a tube, so it showed up creased and damaged. I asked for my money back three separate times and they ignored me. Eventually I sent photos of the damage and they just told me to iron it out, which didn't work. The paints themselves were streaky and low quality. When I insisted on a refund they said I'd have to pay to ship it back overseas which is super expensive, and only then they might consider it. I felt like that was unfair since they wouldn't admit their own stuff was bad quality, so I'd be stuck paying shipping and probably not getting refunded anyway. They refused to work with me.

I bought 3 paintings on November 26th and got an order confirmation but never got any tracking information. When I reached out, they claimed shipping delays due to current events and said they had to cancel my order. Problem is, I still haven't gotten my money back. I've sent tons of emails with zero responses. This whole thing is a complete fraud.

Don't buy from here. I placed an order well before the pandemic hit but it just never showed up. I've reached out to them countless times through email and messaging. They did reply once on messenger but then nothing happened after that.

The packaging was really cheap and flimsy, which caused the canvas material to get creased during shipping. The overall product quality didn't impress me either. Just like a lot of other people have mentioned, this wasn't a good experience. I'd recommend avoiding them.

What arrived was completely different from what I saw in their pictures online. It took way longer than it should have to get it. When I tried to complain about it they never bothered to write me back. I wish I could show everyone a picture of how disappointing it turned out.

My order took forever to arrive, close to three months after I paid for it. Even worse, about six months in I started seeing charges on my credit card that I didn't authorize. I've been disputing these with the card company but still haven't heard anything from the seller.

I was really disappointed and felt totally scammed by this company. I made a purchase for about $92 through their site back in February 2021 and followed up on my order a couple weeks later in March. They gave me a tracking number but it never showed up in any tracking system. When I asked about it, they just said they were busy and it would show up eventually. I was convinced I'd never get my stuff, so I started a dispute with my bank. Super frustrated. Update: Actually got a pleasant surprise this morning when I saw a refund come through.

I never got an email confirmation when I ordered, which made me nervous. They mentioned it was the busy season before the holidays and warned that delivery might take longer. When my package arrived it was short one piece. I emailed a couple times and got responses within a day each time. They also sent me the missing piece pretty quickly.
