What Shoppers Say About NAKEDCASHMERE
NAKEDCASHMERE receives mostly negative feedback, with shoppers reporting serious issues across customer service, returns, and refunds. The most common complaints center on unresponsive support (email and phone), unexpectedly high restocking fees on returns, delayed or missing refunds, and exchange requests that go unfulfilled. Several reviewers describe experiences spanning months of frustration trying to resolve issues. A small percentage of reviewers report positive experiences, primarily those who received refunds without difficulty.
While some customers praise the cashmere products themselves, the overwhelming theme in reviews concerns operational failures rather than product quality. Shoppers express particular frustration with the company's handling of returns and the lack of accessible customer support channels, with multiple reviewers unable to get responses to follow-up messages or complaints after initial problems occur.

Sorted by: Most recentThe products themselves are okay - nothing special but nothing terrible given what you're paying. The real problem is how the company runs things. I ordered during a Christmas sale, they confirmed it and charged my card, then two days later cancelled with zero explanation. Since I'd already been charged, I couldn't shop elsewhere during the same promotion window. When I emailed asking how they could bill me for something not in stock, nobody ever responded. Same issue with calling - there's just no one available to actually help.
Ordered something three weeks ago and the tracking shows it hasn't shipped yet - the carrier is still waiting for the package. No one from the company reached out about the delay. I tried calling and using chat but couldn't get anyone. My emails weren't answered either. Yesterday I waited over 5 hours for a chat response and still nothing. I've never seen customer service this bad, especially with how much they advertise. This whole thing feels sketchy enough that I'm about to report it to my bank.
You really can't beat Naked Cashmere - it's honestly some of the finest cashmere I've found. The material feels incredible soft and holds up without pilling issues. I've grabbed multiple pieces in different colors because the designs are classic and just keep working for years. Why settle for cheaper alternatives when you can get real quality like this? The fit runs pretty generous too - I normally size down on their looser styles. This brand is fantastic and I keep coming back for more.
Naked Cashmere really knows what they're doing when it comes to timeless, high-end basics. Their Inner Mongolian cashmere is Grade A and shows real attention to detail. The pieces are designed to look effortlessly elegant but also feel comfortable enough for everyday wear. Whether you're relaxing or going out, these items work and last. What I really respect is how serious they are about sustainability and doing things the right way. They're transparent about where everything comes from and the quality is flawless. If you want wardrobe pieces that'll stand the test of time and make you feel good about what you bought, this is the brand to invest in.
I'm really happy with everything I've bought from them. I still wear items from four years ago and they look practically brand new. This is definitely where to go if you want cashmere that actually lasts.
Absolutely terrible experience with their support team. They cancelled my order even though I'd used my earned reward points, not any discount code. The company then claimed it was an unauthorized code and completely messed me around. Their communication has been basically nonexistent for weeks while the sale was wrapping up. When they finally did respond, they threatened to cancel everything including my rewards balance and removed me from social media. This is seriously bad business and I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
Had a really bad experience. I ordered three sweaters through Instagram when they were running a sale - this was a seller offer that was built into checkout, not a coupon code. I have screenshots showing this. Two orders already showed as shipped when I got an email saying they were cancelling everything because customers were using fraudulent coupons. But that wasn't me - I didn't use any coupon, this was their seller offer. They clearly messed up but decided to blame customers instead. They took hundreds of dollars from my account and basically called me dishonest. Before ordering, I'd researched the company so I felt confident, which makes this even worse. This kind of treatment is definitely going to keep people from shopping with them.
I was really looking forward to my Kaia crewneck cashmere sweater but when it showed up, it was a completely different style and ran way too big on me. Unfortunately it was sold out so I couldn't swap it for the right one. They processed a refund and I ordered a different cashmere sweater instead, which turned out great. The customer service team could have been warmer and more helpful, but I have to admit the quality of the cashmere itself is genuinely excellent. Because of how that first experience went, I'm giving four stars instead of five.
