Watch out - they're operating from China! Their site claims to be based in New York and advertises a ninety day return window but good luck actually using it. After I emailed about returning something, they told me to just keep trying it and maybe they'd give me thirty percent back. When I pushed back and mentioned consumer protection laws, they got apologetic and offered to let me ship it back on my own dime to a China address for a full refund, OR I could ship it back to the US location for only thirty percent. No thanks. Going to dispute this with my credit card company but seriously what a hassle. Don't order from here.
Stay away from this website. I ordered what was supposed to be a homecoming dress for my daughter on August 30th and it arrived on September 6th. It wasn't what I paid for at all - they sent some cheap knockoff dress that looked like something from a fast fashion site. The phone number on their site hangs up when you call. Really sketchy operation. I'm pretty sure they're using photos stolen from other retailers. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.
