Awful customer service combined with a no returns policy. The dress arrived in a completely different color than what was pictured on the site. This company seems sketchy and their clothing is low quality.

Watch out - they're operating from China! Their site claims to be based in New York and advertises a ninety day return window but good luck actually using it. After I emailed about returning something, they told me to just keep trying it and maybe they'd give me thirty percent back. When I pushed back and mentioned consumer protection laws, they got apologetic and offered to let me ship it back on my own dime to a China address for a full refund, OR I could ship it back to the US location for only thirty percent. No thanks. Going to dispute this with my credit card company but seriously what a hassle. Don't order from here.

Stay away from this website. I ordered what was supposed to be a homecoming dress for my daughter on August 30th and it arrived on September 6th. It wasn't what I paid for at all - they sent some cheap knockoff dress that looked like something from a fast fashion site. The phone number on their site hangs up when you call. Really sketchy operation. I'm pretty sure they're using photos stolen from other retailers. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

Ordered a romper and what showed up was completely different from what I selected - wrong material, wrong color, wrong design. They refuse to refund unless I pay to ship it all the way back to China. Yet their website displays a US location and phone number. Total scam.

I've spent thousands on their clothes over the years but this year things took a nosedive. Ordered stuff in June and when it came in, it was seriously low grade material, like Shein quality or worse. Really let down. To make it worse, I paid thirty-five dollars just to ship it back, so between sending and receiving I'm out fifty bucks. It's clear they either switched manufacturers or their supplier changed, but they're not telling customers about it. I'm done ordering from them. I've noticed other people online complaining about the same drop in quality.

When I tried to send it back, there was no working shipping label available and the QR code they provided didn't work at any of the return locations. Honestly feels like a rip-off.

This place is questionable on multiple levels. Their phone number listed on the site just rings and nobody answers. You can't get actual refunds, only store credit. The quality is inconsistent - some stuff looks homemade because it's so flimsy, and I got an item with a broken zipper while other things were decent. When you try to message them through their website, there's no button to send anything. Eventually found an email that appears to be automated. I requested a return for store credit and they said they'd email me a label after reviewing it. That was three days ago and still nothing. Over five hundred dollars spent and I would much rather have a real refund.

There's basically no return option here. Even if you try to swap for a different size, good luck - I wear extra small and there's nothing smaller than that on their site so I got stuck with a closet full of expensive dresses that don't fit me. My bad for not reading their return policy more carefully, but now a year later I still have these unwearable dresses taking up space. The customer service wasn't helpful either. Don't bother shopping here.

Just a heads up - don't expect actual money back. They'll issue you a gift card for the store instead of refunding you. So they're not really processing real refunds at all.
