Every time I brought up issues during the return period, they blamed my internet connection. The two-way audio barely works, and the pan and tilt feature needs the app to be restarted over and over. The price has gone down since my purchase, and I feel ripped off for buying something that doesn't work right. They haven't responded to any of my attempts to get help.
Awful customer service. I returned an unopened set of products and paid the shipping cost myself. They confirmed delivery and sent me a message saying they didn't receive it but would refund me anyway. That refund still hasn't shown up, and none of my follow-up messages have been answered. I also can't find a way to leave feedback directly on their site. My suggestion is to buy these items from somewhere like Target or Walmart that actually has decent support and customer-friendly return policies.

The pacifiers themselves are really well made, but getting help from their team is basically impossible. Those 4-36 month pacifiers have been unavailable everywhere for a while now. My wife and I kept trying to reach out multiple times and were told someone would get back to us within a day, but that never happened. It's frustrating because they make an excellent product, but their customer support is basically nonexistent. Once you buy from them, you're on your own.
Terrible experience with this company. Sent back their product still in its original packaging and even covered the shipping cost myself, but they've refused to give me my money back. On top of that, I can't seem to get ahold of anyone there to help resolve it.
Ordered their free sample box to try things out before committing to using their products during my pregnancy. I had to cover shipping costs for the sample. When it arrived it showed as returned to sender, and I never got it. I reached out to let them know but they won't get back to me. At this point I just want them to refund the shipping money since the box never made it to me. Customer service is awful and they ignore emails completely. They said they'd create a support ticket and I'd get an answer within 24 hours but that was weeks ago. I can't recommend this company and won't be buying anything from them.

For roughly three months I've been trying to get information about their products because I wanted to buy a gift for my niece who just had a baby boy. I have no idea what would be right for them. Their phone line just loops you through to voicemail saying you'll hear back within 24 hours. I must have left over a dozen voicemails in that time and never once received a callback. I also tried using their website contact form repeatedly with no response at all. Seems like they're so busy they don't care about potential new customers. I even told them to just shut down their phone line since nobody answers it anyway. Then I asked if they could just take a minute and point me toward another store that carries their stuff and has actual customer service. Nothing. Not even that basic request got a response. This company is a complete disappointment.
Great for first-time parents. The website has some really helpful breastfeeding information in their blog section that I found super useful. I ended up picking up their storage bags and pacifiers and was satisfied with both items. Planning to come back and buy from them again in the future.
