We used to buy all our kraft shopping bags, tissue paper, and packaging supplies in bulk from Nashville Wraps for years. Eventually we reduced our orders and switched to another supplier for a while. When we decided to come back and give them another shot, I was really let down. The quality has declined significantly. Their premium tissue paper is splotchy, flimsy, and looks cheap. The kraft bags are so thin that they split at the top when customers put things inside, and heavier items like pillows cause the bottom to sag. We literally have to ask customers to hold their purchases from underneath to avoid damage. It's unfortunate, but we won't be ordering from them anymore.
