What Shoppers Say About Nation
Created with AI, based on recent reviews
Nation has a polarized customer base. Loyal shoppers consistently praise the quality of fabrics, appealing designs, and responsive customer service. These customers appreciate the brand's sustainability focus and report that items typically ship quickly, often the next day. However, a significant portion of reviewers report serious issues with returns processing, with some returns sitting unresolved for over a month without refunds. Additional complaints include unresponsive customer service, failure to process shipments in a timely manner, order errors with associated fees, and a lack of willingness to correct mistakes or issue refunds for company-caused charges. Several shoppers also note that prices are steep, which amplifies frustration when problems arise.
The brand appears to have experienced warehouse disruptions that affected some orders, though loyal customers have shown patience with these operational issues. For new shoppers, the high price point combined with the risk of returns processing delays and customer service difficulties presents a significant concern, particularly for expensive items like blazers. The inconsistent experience across reviewers suggests that satisfaction may depend heavily on whether any issues need resolution.

I really like what Nation offers as a brand, though I wish there were customer reviews available on their website. The shirt I got fits great. That said, their prices are pretty steep, so I'm hoping my purchase turns out to be worth the cost.

Nation is my go-to brand! Everything I buy looks amazing on me and feels really well made. I also love that they prioritize sustainability. Their customer service team is super responsive whenever I reach out with questions, which makes shopping with them a breeze.

Really pleased with my purchases from Nation overall. I've made several orders throughout the year, and my items consistently ship the next day. There was one order last summer that took longer because they were switching warehouse locations and fell behind, but that's understandable. Their clothing is perfect for making basic outfits look put together while staying comfortable. I'm a huge fan!

I've been loyal to Nation for years and have spent quite a bit with them. The quality of their fabrics is exceptional, the designs are really cute, and I genuinely love their pieces. They did have some warehouse issues over the summer that affected ordering, but when I placed an order in November, it arrived super fast. I recently emailed their customer service with questions about a sweater before purchasing, and they responded within a couple hours with helpful information. Really impressed!

Had the worst time dealing with them. My returns have been sitting with them for over a month without any refund issued. Plus, they misrepresented something on their site, made an error on their end, and I ended up paying extra fees because of it. They acknowledged their mistake but won't reimburse me for those charges either.

Been trying to reach out to customer service with no luck. I purchased a pricey blazer weeks ago and it still hasn't been shipped.

Can't get responses through email, phone, or their live chat feature. Still waiting on my refund and the replacement item I requested.

Absolutely the worst customer service I've experienced. I ordered a dress that doesn't fit right and need to return it. Their website advertises easy returns, but it's anything but. When I try entering my order number, the system just says the order is unfulfilled and won't let me proceed further. I've emailed, called, texted, and used their live chat with no reply in five days. I'm incredibly frustrated paying so much for something and getting zero communication about what's happening next. I'm stuck and don't know what to do.

This has been one of the most frustrating shopping experiences I've had. I ordered two expensive jackets a few weeks back and they're still not shipped. I've tried calling, texting, and emailing multiple times with no response. The company claims they're available via all these channels, but that's just not true. Now I'm trying to cancel my order but can't even get a response to that. I'm all for supporting small and ethical businesses, but not like this. Their silence is unacceptable. I can't speak to product quality since I never received anything. With $600 tied up in an order with no answers, I may end up contacting my bank about fraud. Please don't make the same mistake I did.

Shoppers also praise fast shipping, often next-day delivery, and responsive customer service when they can reach the team. Many reviewers mention becoming repeat customers after positive experiences.
What are the main complaints about Nation?
Multiple shoppers report serious issues with returns processing, including refunds delayed for over a month.
