I regret ever learning about this company. I researched organic mattresses thoroughly for half a year. I get hip and back pain normally, and this mattress made it so much worse. I wake up in agony and can barely move when I get out of bed. I feel like throwing it out. Two free pillows came with it, one cotton and one latex. The latex one never quit smelling even after sitting out for over a month, so I had to throw it away. The cotton pillow lost its form and fluffing doesn't help bring it back. I bought this in December because I thought we'd relocate before the one hundred day window closed. We couldn't find a place soon enough and missed the cutoff. Honestly, returning it would be impossible anyway since it expands permanently when you open it. This mattress is much firmer than the salesman said it would be. I would've never chosen something this stiff. My previous Saatva lasted fifteen years and I was satisfied, even knowing it wasn't organic. Right now I deeply regret ever choosing this brand.

We got this bed about a year ago and I absolutely love it. It's GOTS certified organic too, which is great. I'm also a fan of their latex pillows since you can pull out the fill and adjust how soft or firm they are. Plus I like knowing the business is family owned and uses Amish craftspeople who hand stitch everything. Pay no attention to the critics. This is a solid company with solid products.

I got this latex mattress to replace another one that had gotten too soft. It's turned into the worst purchase I've ever made. I spent hours in the showroom testing different layer combinations on their display models trying to find the right fit. The bed that arrived was way firmer than what I tried in the store and gave me serious hip and shoulder pain. I swapped out layers but it stayed too firm. I adjusted everything around but got the same result. I even spent four hundred dollars on a two inch topper and I'm still dealing with the pain. The company has been dealing with major supply chain problems and won't budge on their return window, especially during the crisis we've been through. I tried ordering somewhere else so I could send this one back within the return period, but couldn't make it work. This has ended up costing me over three thousand dollars and it's a total loss. Naturepedic hasn't shown any flexibility at all. I wish I'd never found out about this company. The crazy part is they're willing to let me donate the bed and provide proof so they'll give me a refund, but they won't bend on the return deadline.

I'd give five stars for how comfortable this mattress is and their customer support. They've been amazing, particularly when things were tough this past couple years. My only complaint is the persistent latex odor. I've had it for over three months and the smell won't go away. When I flip my pillow at night, the underside still has that latex scent. It comes and goes depending on how warm it gets. Now my routine involves washing bedding and pillows weekly, unzipping the mattress cover, and airing out the layers regularly. It's frustrating to spend this much money and then have to do all that maintenance. Still, the EOS pillow top is incredibly comfortable and supportive. I also liked getting to experiment with different layer combinations during the adjustment period. In the store, a firm coil with firm support latex and medium pillow top felt right, but once home I found that a firm coil with firm support latex and soft pillow top worked way better for sleeping on my back or sides.
