What Shoppers Say About Neeseesdresses
Neeseesdresses has a concerning pattern of significant quality and service issues that dominates customer feedback. The most frequent complaints involve receiving items completely different from what was ordered (wrong colors, styles, or products entirely), receiving merchandise that appears to originate overseas despite advertised domestic sourcing, extremely poor fabric quality described as cheap plastic-like material, and unresponsive or evasive customer service. When customers request refunds or replacements, the company allegedly pressures them to accept partial refunds (often 30% off) while keeping unwanted items, charges excessive return shipping fees, or stops communicating altogether. Multiple reviewers describe the operation as potentially fraudulent, with concerns about the legitimacy of the business address and practices.
The small percentage of positive ratings (12% combined four and five star reviews) is substantially outweighed by the 83% one-star rating distribution. Shoppers consistently report feeling deceived by product photos that do not match what arrives, difficulties obtaining full refunds, delayed shipping despite paying for expedited options, and a business model that appears designed to retain customer money through partial credits rather than legitimate returns. The overwhelming consensus across recent reviews is to avoid this retailer entirely.

Sorted by: Most recentThe company markets themselves as modest wear, but the dresses don't work with the garments I need to wear. I've tried reaching out to customer service with no response. Since they don't accept returns and only offer store credit, I'm stuck.
Got 2 dresses in the mail but they were completely different from what I ordered. Now they're asking me to cover the cost of returning them, and the return address is all the way in China. I told them just send the correct ones, but they won't budge. They made the error, not me, and they refuse to provide a prepaid label. I'm disputing this with my bank.
I've been ordering from NeeSee's for about 4 or 5 years now and absolutely love most of what I get. Out of all my purchases, I've only returned maybe 2 pieces because the color was slightly off from the website - which happens with online shopping. The rest of my closet is filled with dresses and skirts I look forward to wearing. Their service is quick, the customer team treats me well, and the rewards program is fantastic.
Made a purchase right before the holidays and got nothing. I filed a complaint through PayPal to dispute the transaction.
I placed an order but when I tried calling to check on it, the number provided doesn't work. I can't get in touch with anyone and my items never arrived.
This is a fraudulent operation and you should avoid it. I experienced the same issues other customers mentioned with PayPal and not receiving orders.
Scam operation through and through. They're not verified by PayPal and not based in the US. They can mysteriously raise charges on your account after you've already approved a purchase. I never got an invoice and couldn't figure out why my total went up. I called PayPal and got my money back. This company also operates under multiple other names.
This is a scam. I used PayPal for the transaction since I didn't know the company. The tracking number they provided is fake and their listed address is actually a produce stand in Florida. I contacted my bank's fraud department and filed a dispute. They charged me under a bogus name too. Do not give them your money.
The pictures make these dresses look great, but they're actually cheaply made and don't fit right. It looks like they're buying from discount manufacturers and marking everything up as boutique pricing. The return process is unnecessarily complicated and you're stuck with store credit instead of getting your actual money back.
