Got a 100 pack with a picture of the bottle on it. Turns out to get the actual bottle you have to complete a form and then wait 45 DAYS for shipping.

Really misleading marketing here. The sinus rinse box has a huge image suggesting there's a complimentary bottle included, but then in tiny text it mentions that's only an offer you have to sign up for, and it takes 45 days to get delivered. Got home disappointed to find I'd have to go back and purchase another box separately if I wanted the bottle. Total waste of time.

Would rate them zero if I could. Working at this company was rough. The leadership team at the top lacks basic education and understanding of how to run things. Seriously, if you're interviewing there, play it safe and seem less competent or you'll end up getting the job.

Stay away from NeilMed products. I ordered two containers of Nasogel from Amazon and then got word it was recalled. They told me to contact them directly. I spent days trying to reach out with no luck before I finally gave up. I had to look up the recall myself and found out the product contained harmful bacteria. Not cool that they won't help when there's a serious issue like this. Definitely do not recommend this company. They don't stand by what they sell.
