Sorted by: Most recentOrdered a product for $79 and it never showed up at my door. When I reached out to their support team, they basically told me they'd look into it and then went silent. I dug up my order history showing the item was never sent and forwarded that information to them. After waiting around with no response, they came back asking for a bunch of documentation like receipts and order details. I gave them exactly what they asked for. Now their latest messages claim they have zero record of any of my purchases, even though I can clearly see six separate orders in my account history. Tried to log back in later and my password stopped working, and once I reset it my entire order history disappeared. It's hard to believe a company of their size would operate this way on purpose. I'm definitely filing complaints about this situation but honestly it's been a huge headache. At this point I have to wonder if a business willing to pull something like this would even sell quality products in the first place.
