Seems like they're not too interested in attracting customers. Got a heads up about them from a podcast I follow, placed an order with a discount code, but when the bill went through the discount never got applied. That's annoying but whatever. Then they just turned around and cancelled the whole thing for 'unexpected issues'. Real great way to treat somebody trying them out for the first time.
