Back in December 2022, I got an NFHS Network subscription while living abroad so I could catch my son playing in a state championship game. He was an exchange student at the time staying with a host family in Tennessee. After watching that one event, I never logged back in. Fast forward to recently and I found out my credit card has been getting hit every single month for three whole years, adding up to almost $400. What really bothers me is that NFHS confirmed I haven't accessed the account even once since December 2022, yet they're flat out refusing to give any money back. They keep pointing to their 30-day policy as an excuse. To me, it's completely wrong to collect payment for a service they know was never actually used. Their response shows a real lack of understanding for the customer, and honestly this feels like a sketchy way to run a business. I'm still hoping a manager will actually contact me and work toward making this right.
