Sorted by: Most recentMy kid accidentally signed up for a free membership roughly two years back, never really used it or anything, and we didn't get any notifications from them. Fast forward and they've been taking over 20 euros out every month this whole time. We had the same issue happen before with another service and they actually gave us our money back when they noticed nobody was using the account. Nugs hasn't done that for us yet.
Going into this I was pretty nervous about ordering rugs without seeing them in person first. The team here really came through for me though. I grabbed three different ones and they showed up just three days later. What really impressed me was how they actually delivered on everything they said they would. Really grateful for the whole experience.
