Asked for a certificate of analysis on a resveratrol product. Went ahead and ordered before getting it because I didn't want to miss a forty percent off promotion. The COA that came back only showed it was under poison limits like arsenic, nothing about actual purity or strength. Asked to send back the remaining five bottles. Got an automatic message saying my return was being reviewed and there was an eleven dollar fee. Two weeks later, still no word. Will never buy from them again. Update: Got a return approval one hour after posting this. They issued a label on December 15th but dated it December 4th with a deadline of January 1st, which was fine since I shipped it the next day anyway. Got my refund when it arrived but they deducted 11 dollars and 19 cents for shipping costs.

Stay away from this company. Their stuff is low quality. Reached out asking for certificates of analysis and they refused to provide any. That right there should tell you everything you need to know. Don't spend your money with them. They claim third party testing but won't show you any proof. HUGE RED FLAG. Looks like they're sourcing cheap products from overseas and just bottling them locally under a US label. If you care about what you're putting in your body, buy from established brands that have been around. Not saying which ones, but there are tons of legit options out there.

Got taken in by their Free Returns and Package Protection guarantee when I was new to supplements. Second order I made, one product didn't work for me. Called them about returning it and got hit with a twenty dollar fee plus the refund was less than what I paid. Had to call multiple times to get that answer. Right after I ordered, they sent an email about a sale that would have saved me ten bucks. Asked about adjusting the price and they said nope, nothing they could do. Not wasting time on companies like this anymore.

Two weeks and my order hasn't shipped yet. About a week in they emailed saying my order couldn't go out because one item that cost seven dollars was out of stock on a two hundred dollar order. I asked them to just ship everything else and remove that item. Six days passed with no response. Wasted fourteen days and still nothing. Could've gotten everything from another place and had it the same day. Never buying from them again and won't recommend them to anyone. Complete waste of time.

The quality of these supplements doesn't match their marketing. Tested their niacin, the 500mg flushing version. Should have caused significant tingling and redness. Nothing happened. Their men's multivitamin doesn't work either. Same issue with the magnesium and creatine. Going back to my previous brands. This place is a complete scam.
