Worst experience. I bought two items and was charged for both. They cancelled one but never gave me my money back. I went back and forth with someone trying to resolve it until they just stopped responding. Sent an email to their general inbox and heard nothing. This company is designed to rip people off. I ended up having to dispute it with my credit card company to get my money back. That shouldn't be necessary!
NutStop rejected my review on their own site, so I'm posting it here instead. Earlier this year I grabbed some organic sugar free dried mangos and a few chocolate items. The mangoes and dried fruits came out soggy and sticky with a terrible taste. I'm pretty certain they were coated in sugar even though I specifically bought the unsweetened organic version. I wanted to return what I got but couldn't reach anyone at the company. No one replied to my emails. I had to open a dispute through PayPal with pictures and got a partial refund that way. The chocolate treats were actually pretty good though.
The dates I received were either spoiled or incredibly old and dried out. There's basically no support available. I've noticed they also remove negative reviews about their poor quality products. Don't be a buyer here.
I've had problems with this company before, but I was browsing their site and figured they had everything I was looking for in stock, so I went ahead and placed an order. Then my shipment arrived with several items missing. They sell things they claim to have in stock but don't actually have them. What's worse is they don't even have the courtesy to tell you beforehand so you could cancel if you wanted to. The customer service is nonexistent. Not a company worth doing business with. The package finally came but one of the things I ordered was gone. I've tried getting ahold of customer service repeatedly and can't reach anyone. Just spend your money elsewhere.
The packaging and food safety here is really concerning. They're shipping food in clear plastic bags with a zip tie that doesn't secure properly. There's no nutrition information, no date on it, no way to know if it's actually fresh in a bag that isn't sealed, and it looks like it's underweight. This was my first order and my last. I emailed them about how sketchy this is and they offered to take it back, but I don't think I'd want that food going to someone else. I tossed it instead.

Customer service says those items are out of stock, but when I placed the order they were showing as available, they stayed available during shipping, and they're still showing as available while I'm emailing back and forth with support. This place just isn't dependable anymore.
The prices on their seeds have gone up by over twenty percent while the actual quality has tanked by eighty percent. It's terrible. I tried reaching out with emails but nobody responded. When I actually got someone on the phone, all they said was we don't have anything better. She shipped me a return label but honestly I doubt I'd ever see that refund money based on what I've read from other customers. Skip this company and go somewhere else. The products here are just not worth it.
Stay away from this company! I ordered bulk cashews, pecans, and raw peanuts. The pecans were ancient, completely dried out, and had zero flavor. The raw peanuts tasted terrible and smelled like some weird chemical. Customer service is basically nonexistent and they won't respond to anything. I got totally ripped off here.
Not a good experience for me. I ordered bulk nuts in their shells to feed some local squirrels. A month went by with no shipment and my money already gone from PayPal. I called the company but just got an automated answering machine with no option to leave a message. I emailed twice and got zero responses. Five weeks in with no nuts and my money taken, I looked up another number on PayPal and was eventually able to speak with an actual person. They told me the nuts were out of stock after five weeks and still hadn't bothered to contact me. I had to find someone who could finally give me a refund. I explained how terrible this is for their business.
