What Shoppers Say About Nutstop.com
Nutstop.com has a critically low rating of 1.4 out of 5 based on 23 customer reviews, with the vast majority of shoppers reporting serious issues. The dominant complaint centers on unresponsive customer service and unshipped orders: customers report placing orders, receiving shipping notifications that never progress, and being unable to reach the company through email, phone, text, or chat for weeks or months. Many reviewers describe the experience as fraudulent, noting that the company takes payment but fails to deliver products or respond to refund requests. Several customers report having to dispute charges with their credit card companies to recover money.
A small minority of satisfied customers report receiving fresh products with quick shipping and good expiration dates, but these positive experiences are vastly outweighed by complaints. The pattern of non-responsive customer service appears systemic, with reviewers consistently noting the absence of a phone number on the website and universal failure to respond to multiple contact attempts over extended periods.

Sorted by: Most recentThis store sells old seeds. I bought seven pounds of roasted unsalted lady pumpkin seeds and they weren't roasted correctly and had an old smell to them. When I reached out to their support team all I got was the runaround and never got a real answer.
I placed an order and spent over two hundred dollars to get it shipped out next day via UPS. The company is flat out refusing to ship my order. That's unacceptable.
Bought ten pounds of fruit slices and was totally let down. None of the different colors matched their actual flavors. All four of the colors I tried tasted identical to each other. Plus they all had some weird artificial taste that was really unpleasant. I would never buy candy from Nutstop again. They clearly don't actually taste test their own stuff. Nobody would grab these if they knew what they really tasted like. Wasted thirty bucks on this, though I'm grateful I didn't get sick from it.
