Had a great experience with my first shipment. Seven items went in my bag, five fit perfectly and two were off on the sizing. Nothing showed up damaged or overly worn. I was previously using a competitor and kept getting things in bad shape with way less to choose from. Making the switch over to this service permanently since my former one isn't cutting it.
My initial order turned out great. I picked seven items and five of them fit like they should. The other two were too big and too small. Everything arrived in good condition without damage or excessive wear. I had been using another rental service and got two damaged items in my last order plus hardly any inventory to choose from. This switch to Nuuly is looking really promising, and I'm officially dumping my old service.
