I ordered boots in early December and it's now March. I still don't have them. Customer service is a complete joke. The phone line is useless and emails go unanswered. The tracking number just says the label was created, like it never actually shipped. I used Afterpay to pay, and thankfully they were able to get me a refund since the boots never showed up. That's my last order from them. My previous order before that took almost six weeks to arrive. I'm done with New York and Company.

I bought a couple sweaters that turned out to be the wrong size. I sent them back and tracked the package to confirm they arrived on January eleventh. Now it's almost the end of February the following year, and I still haven't gotten my money back. I've tried reaching out eight times via email and eight times through their messaging system, and nobody from their customer service has responded to me once. This is a scam. Stay away from ordering here.

I'd give this zero stars if I could. I didn't bother checking reviews beforehand, figuring a well-known brand would be reliable. I placed an order for over two hundred dollars. Not only did I get some wrong items, but the quality was disappointing across the board. I ended up returning everything, and from what I'm hearing, I won't be getting a refund on any of it.

Back in November 2023, I bought a coat for about seventy-three dollars through Afterpay. The coat was oversized, so I returned it within a few days of getting it. After making several calls trying to track down my refund, I finally got money back in late January, but only around fifty-two dollars came through from Afterpay. When I asked Afterpay why the amount was short, they said that's what New York and Company refunded to them. I've sent many emails asking New York and Company to explain the missing money, but I haven't gotten a single response. Phone calls haven't helped either. I can't recommend shopping with this company. Their customer service is truly awful, and honestly, zero stars wouldn't even be low enough.

People are saying stuff about this company that just isn't fair. My shirts arrived and I absolutely love them and the company too. Sure, delivery took a little longer than usual, but when you think about where I live down in Louisiana and everything we dealt with this year weatherwise, a few extra days isn't a big deal at all. The shirts are fantastic and so comfortable. I'm definitely ordering more. Great experience overall.
